The problem may be that you do not have cookies enabled on your browser.  If you are using Microsofte Internet Explorer, you will need to enable session cookies as follows:

Select: Tools->Internet options->Privacy tab->Advanced
Check "Override automatic cookie handling"
Check "Always allow session cookies"

If this does not work, you may need a more up to date web browser - download the latest version, they are all free!
